See what holiday gifts the animals received this Christmas. Featured exhibits will receive special treats provided by ZooAmerica naturalists. The gifts are part of an ongoing enrichment program that keeps the animals, and our guests entertained. Featured animals will include one of the following species: American black bears, river otters, Canada lynx, white-tailed deer, American elk, gray wolves, American marten, bobcats, or mammals of the nocturnal wing of the Great Southwest building. Included with admission.
Wild Winter Adventure
December 21, 22, 28 & 29
This three hour program is perfect for children in grades K through 5 as they learn how animals handle the cold winter months. Children will also get to explore ZooAmerica and watch our animals frolic in their winter habitats, get up-close and personal with live animal encounters, make a craft, and enjoy a snack.

What better way to get into the holiday spirit than meeting Santa’s trusty sidekicks: His reindeer!
Groups of all ages will enjoy this special time spent with this incredible species. Meet Rudolph and his friends as you learn about this amazing species at their holiday home in Hersheypark.
How do reindeer survive the harsh winter weather of their northern home? Santa certainly likes his cookies, but what do reindeer eat? You will even learn the answer to the really important question: Why don’t the reindeer fly while they are at Hersheypark?
This program is available to groups of 15 or more now through December 30*. $5.50 per person or $4.50 per person with regular one-day admission to ZooAmerica. Reservations are required, please call 717-534-3391.
