Join us for a BUGtacular day of creepy crawly fun at ZooAmerica!
Come face to face with our ambassador creepy crawlies and learn how they aren't so creepy after all! Learn about Monarch Butterfly migration and conservation, enjoy bug-themed arts and crafts, and even make your own native plant seed ball to take home with you. This event is included FREE with your admission!

Step into the wild after dark alongside our nocturnal animals for an unforgettable night out at ZooAmerica! Registration includes behind-the-scenes encounters of Creatures Of The Night, s'mores, and much more!
All participants must purchase a tour ticket. Admission to ZooAmerica is included.
All tours are subject to weather conditions.
Choose your registration rate: Pass Holder or Regular admission rates available. Recommended for ages 3 years and older. Participants 17 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Participants must pre-register and pre-pay in advance. All guests in the party must purchase an event admissions ticket (excluding ages 2 and younger.)

World Migratory Bird Day

Learn all about local bird species and the ones who call ZooAmerica home through special activities, crafts, and unique animal encounters with our feathered friends who migrate across the globe every year.

Each month, the keepers at ZooAmerica choose one of our many incredible animal species to feature as the Animal of the Month! Special fun facts about the animal and a themed activity sheet are available for guests upon arrival at admissions as well as an entry form into a sweepstakes to win a themed plush or toy! At 1 PM each weekend day, there is a special activity at the habitat of that animal, allowing the keepers to educate about the amazing species and its importance to the natural world.
