Join ZooAmerica in celebrating our planet! Learn about plant and animal conservation and why you should help maintain the beauty of the earth.

Animal demonstrations
Environmental stations staffed by both ZooAmerica naturalists and community partners
Among the community partners participating in the weekend is Hershey Gardens, which will set up a special craft station on Saturday. Penn State Master Gardeners will be on site to answer questions about gardening on both Saturday and Sunday. ZooAmerica staff also will provide information on the National Wildlife Federation's "Backyard Habitat" project that demonstrates how people can create a garden to attract wildlife and help restore habitats.
ZooAmerica will showcase unique plant products from around the world, including cocoa beans and carnivorous plants (like the Venus flytrap), in the Southern Swamps region of the Zoo. A ZooAmerica horticulturist also will be available to answer questions on both days.
